The new Samsø ferry MF Samsø is now on its way home to the Port of Sælvig after transfer at the shipyard in Gdansk. The ferry has sailed through Øresund and is now close to passing Kronborg. The ferry will reach the port of Sælvig later in the day.

The delivery of the new ferry has been delayed several times because the motors did not initially meet the requirements. But now the yard Remontowa has finally delivered the ferry to the owners.

Samsø Shipping company moreover hosts Open ferry on Saturday, February 14, where there will be the opportunity to see the ferry.
